Preachin' to the choir!!!

I used to buy grade a prime or better steaks for Xmas or new Year's get togethers up north until a friend of mine wanted me to cook it well done for him he then proceeded to drown it in ketchup. I stood in dumbfounded agitation. Never again. If he's around I make him a "tube steak" all beef if I'm feeling festive.

Lol is it ok if I put a dash of celery salt on tube steaks? I've heard of steaks so tender and juicy they can be cut with a butter knife and literally melt in your mouth. Than I experienced it I never or rarely ate the fat on steaks until I had some of these steaks I found 5 or so yrs ago. Medium rare to medium with a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning is my proverbial "jam" darn it just talking about those gold grade steaks that are so good to me anyway my mouths watering and I might pull the Xmas decorations out.

To each, their own. Maybe we just have terrible beef options around here, but every single one I've ever fed the Wagyu to has been blown away.

Now, if you're a "well done" sort of person, there may be little/no difference. I don't know. I refuse to cook Wagyu more than medium. And even my daughter, who insists on "well done" in "normal" circumstances, likes Med Wagyu.

Personally, I prefer med-rare.

The Flavor and Tenderness are unrivaled, IMO.

Possibly. I buy prime steaks at costco so that might be the reason

Our microwave went out the other day, and we needed to replace it. Also, we had discussed getting a small, stand up, freezer. Needed to be fairly small to fit in a corner of the kitchen. Couple things we noticed; options that just didnt exist a few years ago; not the fancy stuff. Freezer is fully adjustable from 40 to 0 degrees, to use as a fridge or freezer. Microwave, we got a 3 in 1; microwave, air fryer, convection oven, 1.5 cf for $180. Freezer was $300 or so, and 7.1 CF.

Nice looking truck. 6.0? Really like the Dumper dogg hows it working so far? Having second thoughts though not to serious of keeping my ,3/4:ton getting a plow for it and a dumper dogg. Very foolishly wish it wasn't in decent condition and
worth so much even if I'd trade it in.

Really in good shape, 6.0 and only 141k on a 2003, The dump works but have not really used it yet. Have to get it registered and inspected. Tuesday due to Columbus day....
I bet I'll haul some wood and gravel soon enough.
Needs one tire badly has a bead leak and been driven with it low a lot.. I'm gonna put 4 on, to be ready for winter.
Interior is almost flawless and everything works, I did have to fix a broken wire to the tow/haul switch, nothing major.
No major rust, couple of places that will get some attention when I can pull the beds to gain access. Rockers and cab corners have been replaced which is good.
I have things to do tomorrow, but I can order tires and all the stuff to R&R all fluids and filters. Oil, trans, transfer and both diffs, never hurts to start with know good stuff. I'm just old and slow now. but hate letting others work on my stuff.

Just another set of projects..... keeps me moving.

How much oil, or how fast does it leak from the rear main? Lol. Not wishing it on you, but unless its been replaced, you likely get an automatic oil change.

Im joking, kinda of, but keep an eye on it.

No leaks so far.... but something to keep and eye on. Only leaking so far is the left front tire. Even the hydraulics are dry.
Truck has not been abused and garaged all it's life. Now it will live outside and see mostly gravel/dirt roads. I'll have it smelling like manure in no time

I bought 2 small refer/freezers for the wifes storage of potatoes in one and onions and such in other. In a pinch they can convert to freezers. Got them at lowes..
