Stump Grinder, less expensive than renting or contracting out.
You got me thinking. I have 40 white pine trees to cut and the tree service was going to charge $100/stump. This Mechmaxx has an excellent rating and I'm thinking I ought to order one. I can use it occasionally in the future also. Pines are all about 2ft diameter +--. Have you used it yet? Seems like a great deal.
I also have four Bradford Pear stumps about 30" diameter.
Deere hydrostatic with 40 PTO hp.

I have the Woodland Mills version and LOVE it. Works great and so much easier than chopping them out by hand. There are tons of posts on here about both brands to get you in the mood.

I bought this 2016 Tundra tonight. Should I lose the front bumper? I guess the original owner hit a dear and put this on right after that. It's a bit much, but we do live in deer country.

Hale NO!
That’s a deer slayer, or anything else that you want pushed aside ;)

I use my front Ranch hand bumper to push hay bales across fields.

And I was happy with my Philly Steak sub.
Looks great for the age.

Thanks. Yeah, it sits in my drive most of the time, so I didn't want a $70k new truck tying up my $$$ just to pull my tractor once in a while. I also didn't want a car payment. I have a daily driver (SUV) that I commute to work with, but I want to be able to tow our bigger tractor if I need to. It was pampered by its former owner, and at 98k miles, it is just broken in.

Nice truck, I always liked the old t100s and now tundras. Curious what's the max "recommended" towing cap of the tundras? With properly equipped truck and trailer of course.

Just bought a whole bunch of work in the shape of 16 ton gravel or technically, it's called "toutvenant", which is a ungraded aggregate that compacts really nice and solid. Waiting for it to be delivered some time next week.

Tows right around 10k, which is just enough for me.

I'll spread it on an area by the house. It's currently just dirt and we used to plant vegetables in this area but it's too shady due to the layout of it and some big fruit trees we don't want to cut down. The vegetables never did that good there.

We're going to repurpose this area for more or less a parking area. I already have a small shed there where I park some of the attachments for the tractor.

Lots of tractor seat time ahead.

Three gallons of Rotella T6 5w-40 for the pickup and both fuel filters, an air filter and of course the oil filter, then supposedly she'll be good for another 15,000 miles or one year. Oh and also the cabin air filter.

I’m figuring you already have these Lou? These second one is great for getting the oil filter out without a mess. You may not need the first one for a 25 I guess. I think they moved the underhood fuel filter on them.
