Tire Sealant for Slow Leak

I have a LS GS3038 with 12.4-24 rear tires. The tire pressure goes from 25 to 0 psi in a week. Are the run of the mill tire sealants like "Slime" good for a tractor tire of this size? I assume a gallon per tire might be required.

Slime is what I use. Two tractors, one with 14.9-24, one with 17.5-24.
1/2 gallon in each tire. Front tires are 16" and 16.5" with about 1/4 gallon in each.
The fields I mow have a BUNCH of mesquite and thorny (aka honey) locust trees.

I find that slime has a tendency to run off after a while parked and leak down. This stuff seems permanent on slow leaks:

Slime always worked good for me initially then it seems like it went bad and stunk like it was rotten. I have since switched to this and have had no problems. I run it in the atv, utv, skid steer and mower. Haven’t put any in the tractor because Im thinking of replacing the tires.

Slime is good stuff but water based and will over time, dry out.

I would not use any tire sealant, better to put a tube in. I did use Slime once on a JD 318 I was rebuilding. I put an old tire I had on to replace the rotted out one on it but it leaked down and because I got tired of airing up the tire every time I wanted to move it and did not want to put a new tires or tubes on it until it was finished. The Slime was in there for about 6 months and since I had swapped out the tire before I KNOW the rim was in near perfect shape inside before the Slime was used. The rim was already beginning to pit when I cleaned and painted it.

Once slime gets old it degrades and will not seal plus no rust protection. Have seen that mess on my on equipment.

I use Slime in my bicycle and small pneumatic tires with great success. Also used it in a spare tire on my truck. Never tried it in a tractor tire though.

Slime isn't permanent and needs to be added to the tire every couple of years. It's also pretty messy when changing a tire. Water based though, so it's fairly easy to clean up.

Are you sure it isn't a leaky valve stem?

My tire dealer put this stuff in my front tires ... Tireseal It doesn't seem to go bad/old, and looks kinda like liquid bubble gum!

It will not work in loaded tires though.
