Echo String Trimmer purchase advice

Sounds like I should hold off and get the srm 2620.

I have an Echo PPF-2620 power pruner with the same 25.4cc engine as the SRM-2620 and I love it. Starts first pull every time, lots of power and has been dead reliable for the last couple of years of fairly heavy use. My next string trimmer will be an Echo.

Exactly what I have, too. The chainsaw was the 1st one. I got tired of dealing with fuel. I get pros wanting longer run time. I've got 3 batteries. Way more time than I'm working, especially in summer!

I have a Echo 36v trimmer now. Well two of them. My dealer said he was having trouble selling them. The lawn maintenance co's wouldn't buy them. He sold me the second one for $100. They are really nice. I like that speed feed head. The reason I want a gas one is every month I cut a section and it ends up taking 4 batteries.
