I kicked back and watched Game 7 of the NBA Finals last night.
Was rooting for the Pacers but congrats to OKC on winning their first ever championship.
I hear ya.
While it is a bit too warm for my personal tastes, I'd definitely rather have the heat than the cold.

Last springs I ordered weren't exactly the right ones (even though they claimed they were), and a little weak, but better than no springs..

Buppies, Precious looks happy at home. Hope the nurse situation gets better, and with Holly.
Ken, sounds like a rough patch. You deserve a break.
Had a good hike with Della before it got too hot, and she also cooled off in the river.
Then we met our son, DIL, and granddaughter at a winery. No one was sitting outdoors on the nice deck or lawn...too hot. We all went to our favorite restaurant for a catch-up birthday dinner and Father's Day...son gave me some good green coffee to roast, including a Kona and some teas from their trip to Banff.

must have been tired from the work saturday, I slept in till after 11.
Came back yesterday, saw 99 deg several times on the way.
So no work today, still got trailer on truck. Would be a good time to get long trex, but not in this heat. Not quite ready for it. I need to get 4x4s for posts for deck2, I took some of mine to dads.
AC not working well in house, expecially upstairs. Even downstairs not keeping up. put in the portable one last night, and the new one I took to Ohio went in son's room. Last week the warrantee card for the new geo unit i bought last summer, was returned to me in the mail. I mailed it last summer, to address on the card, came back to me 10 months later. Need to look up the company and see what's up with that.

Some mowing yesterday , until tractor started over heating. Need to investigate.
Today a big ?? at this point. Received a very short and lacking detail email from friends on a round the world cruise saying they would like to meet up in Hilo port. Unfortunately they left out date. Assume it’s today. Nice couple, put us up when brother in law in AZ passed away 3 years ago. Yesterday was day 173 of their cruise.

Got ahold of the geothermal manufacturer customer service by email. Told them about my warranty card getting returned last week, on the unit I bought last september.
They looked it up and said, Oh that was manufactured in 2010. I sent copy of my purchase from last year. They said they will not honor warranty as the unit is too old. I responded that their documents say it is based on the date sold, which was last year, they didn't respond back.
Another example of a worthless warranty.

Weeding in the morning and carried out several loads of weeds. Wanted to mow but the ZT did one click and then no power.
Checked the battery and it was ok. That was a good opportunity to test out the Power Probe Circuit Tester. Very convenient to check for power or ground and can also power components to check functions. Turned out to be a loose connection at the starter terminal.
Mowed a rough overgrown area but raised up the air suspension seat with the built in air compressor to give more stroke on the worse bumps. Took a couple phone calls through the helmets Blue tooth function

Is that going to be another company you never deal with again?
Temperature in the shade was 88°F. We got the concrete blocks out and 4 of them cut for the logs to set on. Also put some compost down in the area I widened out near the mouth of the driveway. Need more, so will see if the dump is still doing that and if they are will they load my little trailer for me.
I got the poor mans' A/C happening with my fan on high sucking up the cooler air from the basement.
