Very lucky here. When our temps get over 90F our humidity is usually less than 10%. I've had times when the humidity is 2% or 3%.

Time to make raisins.

Kind of hard to grow corn with that kind of weather!

Local News is in panic mode over the temperatures. We're not breaking any records, they where all set back in the 1930's, and somehow everyone lived through those years without AC.

You would think that everyone is going to die if you go outside in the afternoon when you listen to the local weather guys. Everything is end of the world for them, and if it's isn't about their life or death warnings about the weather, it's about self congratulating themselves on doing such a great job of informing everyone that they are going to die if they go outside in the heat!!!!

Latest death warning is not to go outside. The temps will hit 100 degrees, but it will feel like 115 with the humidity. Stay indoors, bring your pets indoors, but don't use up all the electricity keeping your home cool.

I don't know how anybody can take the weather forecasters seriously.

we have the same a heat warning start at 80F and the frostbite warning at -31 F ... the weather has to get worse to fit the narrative, they are bought off... I much prefer watching the Mexican weather channel, I don't understand anything but holy its nice to watch, if you know what I mean ;) :sneaky:

Like these?

Heat is really getting up there lately. The national weather service has issued severe heat warnings for the past week or so. And again for at least tomorrow.

I gave up on the local weather forecasts. If they can't make it sound life or death - they won't report anything.

AH - yes. I will definitely be looking for that Mexican channel.

Our local forecast at the beginning of the day seems to understate the actual heat that happens during the day. Today was supposed to be a high of 92 and it was at least 98.
