Very slim chance you MIGHT find one in a savage yard somewhere. Also the MF dealer ought to be able to check inventory and find out if there are any on a dealer's lot. I think your best option is almost certain to be repair. A competent welding shop can fix that loader frame. Also an automotive frame straightener can very likely fasten it down and get it all aligned well before any welding is done. Getting it straight first the repair is then simplified to welding on reinforcement plates. I'd do that on both sides if I were you so neither side is weaker or stronger.
Another thing you might consider is find another tractor (1755 or 1749, etc.) that has a DL135 loader on it. Buy it, use the loader and resell the tractor without a loader. Of course it is just a chance but you might find a high hours tractor less expensive and buy it for the loader frame. The loader frame is not something that wears out.

I agree that a welding/machine shop should be able to helpo you out.
I do have a 2016 MF 1754 with a DL135 for sale if you are close to WI
I would repair it anyway, since I did frame and body work my whole life.
The hardest part is going to be getting it all squared back up. A ride on a frame rack could make short work of that. But, there are creative ways to bend that stuff back.
Looks like I would cut one side of the damaged area off, blacksmith, or press it back all into the correct shape, then, reinforce the inside before welding the removed section back on.
Depending on whether you want it functional, or pretty, with some grinding, some filler if necessary, and a good paint job, it could be an invisible repair.
But, it will take time to make it look good, and time is money.
You'll have to tell us sometime, how that happened? Because, it's not happened before.

Can be repaired and reinforced cheaper than buying a new one.
