That's 'cause the kid behind the counter has to make $18 bucks an hour. When he's making 18, everybody else further up the food chain gets more also.

To top it off, this McDonalds has no prices on their drive through menu screen. Only fake pictures of their food and a calorie count. Hmm, I wonder why no prices?
