Make sure those dogs get outside and in on the fun. we'll need photos. You guys have no idea how giddy we are here with a near normal forecast with lake snow.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lake effect snow showers continue along the northerly wind belts this morning. Then, a clipper moves through the region tomorrow with scattered snow showers. Big changes are coming this weekend. A strong system is still on track to bring widespread snow to the U.P. with strong winds on Saturday. Behind it, a trough in the jetstream digs into the Great Lakes. It will bring a cold blast of air, and temperatures will dive below normal.
Not far from me...Waterford-near Duck Pond.

Not far from me...
We half a pretty decent view of the Gap, and after a few more trees taken down, the wife will be happier.
Yeah, if we go down our road 1/4mile I see burke. We are on the east side of the ridge that runs along 5a. Sheffield windmills are directly across from us. Hiked Bald many times, just don;t have it anymore to climb higher than second tier of watch tower there.Nice ! I can see Bruke and Bald Hill from here. You must be between them somewhere ?

Gee, you guys get all the luck! We're having a whiteout blizzard today, I'm doin a happy dance. Bad news is I'm at work and have to make the 20 mile drive home in whiteout conditions.
Ouch....that is some cold.-33F forecasted for tomorrow.
We'll be looking for a new video this season. I'm pleased to see that more people seem to be embracing rear pull/inverted/hybrid snowblowers in the states. Videos like your help dispel the myths. We're having a whiteout blizzard today, I'm doin a happy dance. Bad news is I'm at work and have to make the 20 mile drive home in whiteout conditions.
Here in northern N.H. accumulations were all over the place in the last 2 storms. We're on the western side of the state and we got ~9" Saturday night, but only ~3" on Tuesday. Across the state in Berlin it was just the opposite...almost nothing Saturday, but over a foot of heart attack cement Tuesday. We're only talking 30-ish miles apart. We were lucky I'd say - we're 60 miles up river from you and only got 1-1/2" before it started raining. It's all slush now. How much did you get down there from last Mondays storm ??
