Yes, to a certain extent. You would need to only look at SCUT attachments and not CUT attachments. It's not the 3PT CAT-0 being the concern, it's the low to the ground clearances the SCUT tractors have. For example, a 3PT Post Hole digger can't possibly fit, unless you have an SCUT type.

Additionally, the SCUT machines have a lower lift effort for the 3PT, so keeping with the 4FT width for attachments is ideal. For a rotary tiller, you would need to contemplate the overall weight not of the tiller itself, but clogged tines full of dirt and field grasses to pull up if it got stuck!

Some comparisons:

My YM186D - a little bigger than what you have - runs the 4 ft rotary mower fine. I don't have any idea if you could lift it.

I also have the Yanmar-Japan 53" tiller that was sold there matched to YM2000. That works the YM186D harder than likely is good for the tractor. It can stall if I drive up onto untilled ground and as the nose rises, the tiller goes deeper. No problem lifting this tiller, it's light enough to ressle around by hand when its not attached.
