DIY welding squares

Fabracobbled a few welding squares together today. Need to buy some socket head screws so I can add some stops.

Love Arkansas. If you are ever in Baxter or Fulton county we have probably run across one and other.

I make mine so I can square not just the frame but the legs too.

Last time I checked one of mine, it was no longer in alignment. I've read that welds contract and expand long after they've cooled. Is this true?

What the idea was behind building these is for being able to weld on the floor on 3 points and keep things flat.
