The DJ is sitting in his cubicle all day.

Actually, the likelihood that the DJ is actually even in the building is small these days. With todays technology there's a good chance he just voicetracked his shift, maybe from another city.

Just my opinion, but considering the wet summer we've had about the only people who have the right to complain are roofers and guys working on paving crews.
