LS, do you line your planters before filling with dirt?

Yes, usually with landscape fabric up the sides. Also on the top, under the mulch.
But, sometimes not the top, depending on the plant. If it's a spreader by runners, no.

Good evening all. 57ºF for the start, mostly clear sky, light breeze. Light wind, partly cloudy sky, and high temp was 80ºF. Men's meeting to start day, bike ride next, chain much quieter. After lunch, then nap, then tore in locked up engine. No smoking gun yet, no damage except slight cylinder scoring.

Sometimes, yes. But a forest trail ride only goes for a couple of hours at the most. The 'left behind' horse usually calms down after a while.

They don't do anything to harm themselves, just pace around and call out (neigh) for their missing paddock-mate. Very 'dramatic' for a time but they're fine.

The odd occasion one of the horses will be gone for a couple of days on a Pony Club weekend. The remaining horse, again, is fine after a few hours... remembering, now and then, that it's 'alone' and paces/calls-out.

Drinking hot cup of coffee. 30° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 68 with partly cloudy skies. Got grass mowed yesterday. Then went to neighbors and pulled several small stumps out of their garden. Also hauled a bunch of limbs that came down during Loaded 6' disk disk onto trailer. Hauled it to other neighbors so he can disk up the woods that we have been cleaning up. I was tired when I got home. Cooked dinner and fell asleep in recliner. Some string trimming today after grocery shopping.

15 of 16 frames arrived perfect, one had a minor ding on one of the ladder crossbars, not enough to affect performance or safety. Now just waiting on the rest of the order. Minor things, like the “X” crossmember stabilizers, leveling feet, caster wheels, deck boards, connector pins, stand-off safety bars… y’know— the things you need to actually assemble functional scaffolding…

boy I'm glad I covered the veggies, 36 degrees out, looked out window and cloth did not blow away overnight so hope it worked.
No frost on garage roof, thought humidity is low so that's not the usual canary in the mine.

got a new set of those Marbain hardened mower blades in for JD. They are pretty massive compared to the blades for my old Gravely, both 50" decks.
will let you know how they hold up. 20 bucks each isn't much more expensive than oem.
I don't have many sticks or rocks so hopefully a while.
67 degrees in sunshine today, should be a very nice day.

I need to reschedule with Verizon, they never showed up.

David, Volvo makes a number of hybrids and Polestar is their performance all EV line.
I want the hybrid with a real engine for range, plug in would give me around town performance.
The Chinese own Volvo (Geely) and they are heavily into EV.
my 15 amp connection in the garage isn't going to cut it for a car.

Received partials delivery of scaffold parts. waiting On the rest so that I can actually use them…

early appointment for Mrs’ vehicle to get oil change and checkup. Then taking mom shopping, stopping at second gravel dealer and confirming tomorrow’s delivery details, and after maybe taking Bailey up to woodlot.

time for coffee and getting butt in gear — I hope everyone has a happy healthy productive safe blessed day!
