He jumped up several times, in this trip he brought a paint brush back from the other side of the basement. Jumping down with paint brush in his mouth.

Good evening all. 41ºF for the start, partly cloudy, light breeze. Light wind, variable cloudiness, and high temp was 67ºF. Chapel to start day, then made pancakes for breakfast. Putters until fixed Peugeot flat, then got truing stand and started truing up brake rotor. Did get nap in.
Two_bit hope that finished the clean up from ice storm.
Ron good to hear old papers dealt with. Glad you are getting limbs trimmed and ready for chip. Hope NASCAR was good. Nice sand crane.
Bill hope you had good conservation of energy day.
Billy glad splitter started with only couple of pulls. Sorry about blade trimmer so hard to start, do you drain gas out for storage?

One might say I abused the utility feature of the old sink

Good morning, the temperature is upside down again today. 27 now and going down to 18°F. Wind NNW 16 gusting to 23 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

Buckeye, the cat certainly is persistent. I guess you will have to put a piece of plywood up the truss to the floor to keep the cat out.

An energy conservation day for me today.

Kilroy, I was wondering if you could find an expanding foam that would work in that situation. I was imagining how much fun it would be to use mortar.

I already picked up a can, want to also sandwich in some steel wool to make it more chew resistant. But yeah - upside-down mortaring… yay . . .

Poured first cup of coffee. 32° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 42° with partly cloudy skies. Had visitors yesterday. Then watched NASCAR race. Day was over by then. Did not get anything on To Do list done. Will get back at it today. Was watching some crows doing cleanup around feeder. When 2 Pileated Woodpeckers showed up. About same size a crows. But with more color.

David, nice wash tub upgrade.

It was neat watching him go back and forth from dryer, washer, window sill looking up and studying how to do it. He was focused.
There is a 4” gap at the back of the wood I put up, because of the dryer vent going up outside of the wall. He jumped up at side of cabinet, held on to the top of cabinet where I put the boxes, and pulled himself up thru that crack.
I congratulated him.
Need to pull all the video and edit it together.

Good Morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly).

Mrs and I went up to the woodlot after church and got some things done. I pointed in 20 steel t-posts, and two wooden posts went in with the Horrible Fright post hole auger. I reclaimed some barbed-wire fencing from another part of the property for the short runs. Next time will be to do the long run along the road.

Once the wire is up, our little footpath to the road will be blocked, so her project was to trailblaze a new footpath up past the point where the road is completely on our lot and we have a gate, about 180 feet. limb loppers, hatchet, and a rake. She found a new wall decoration: a Florida license plate with a 1982 registration sticker from Palm Beach County. Our general philosophy is that as long as we don’t find any bodies it is all good.

so we are both a little stiff and sore this morning, but it is a good stiff&sore

Today we have the big moogamoogs from corporate show up at work. Yay. Good day to have the cd player going and head down on the screens. Please don’t ask me any questions (queue Lynrd Skynrd)!
