My wife just repaired our house gutters and covered them with a steel mesh product (Costco sold).

We set up a wire brush on a drill with an extender so it could reach until the deeper gutters to remove rust; with a bit of poly pipe over the extender that she could hold onto with the other hand to steady and guide the wire.View attachment 773018

Let us know how the Costco gutter guards work.

Currently have a storm that's brought down a lot of pine needles; next week we'll see if they dry and blow off or get stuck. Even getting stuck in the screen would be an improvement over going in the gutters honestly, I can't see a down side.

I'll try to remember to report back.

Thanks, just watched a couple YouTube videos on them. They look nice.

Instead of pull chains for lights in our closets I installed motion sensor lights.
Hate having to find the pull chain in the dark.

Better yet, jam switch.
