High hour LS

Hey all, these forums tend to be a lot of issues and breakdowns by nature. Does anyone have a higher hour LS they want to brag about? I'd like to hear more from guys that are doing well with their machine.

Mine is only two years old with a little over 200 hours, so far it’s been trouble free and I would most likely choose LS if I was buying another new tractor.

Not high hour but its 350+ for a 2018. Now that I own the hours will climb, I've put 150 on since late july.

Not mine but there was an LS R50 for sale here sometime ago with 6840 hours. I have a thread with pictures here: 2010 LS R50 with 6840 hours!

Over 2 and 3 thousands hours is very common and are everywhere here, some more, some less. Same applies for any South Korean brand.

I have been reading about lots of low hour (200-300 hours) LS tractors Just curious what is the highest hours LS tractor out there ?

The reason I do bring it up is because yes, many people only post about issues and hardly anyone ever posts about success. High hours is something to be proud of, but issues will always be a thing. LS is not a very old tractor company with a very small market share, especially here in the US. These tractors are also typically only used by home owners with a bit of land, not major farming operations where a tractor will be running for weeks on end, only shutting down to get fueled. So comparing the LS to others, might be misleading. Mix that with other reasons, and you will typically see the high end around 500 hours average (so far) for an LS on this site.

On this site, high hours is probably under 1000 lifetime but in a real world ag situation, that is chump change. I have over 6K hours on one of my M series Kubota's (6800 actually) and 3K on another. Have a good friend with a JD 4020 Diesel that has rolled over the hour meter on one rebuild.

2013 with 710 hrs. Only problem was a front wheel bearing failure, took 2 months to get parts last year. Still has the original battery in it! I love it ( pre-emissions) no electronic junk or goofy codes to worry about!

I've got just under 600 hours on my 2012 R4047H, and have had a front wheel bearing failure as well, but that's about it. Original battery, as well. Oh, fuel gauge doesn't work.

~235hrs on my 2020 MT 240HE, no problems other than a code displayed once early on but cleared after a restart and has never returned.
