Tubeless tires?

Is there an airless tire available for tractor front tires? Possibly some sort of solid tire?

I have a little farmpro 2420 that I use to bushhog my field. Last year my tractor was not running and some very spikey plants (locust I think) began growing while I was unable to mow. Later, I put several holes in the front tires trying to mow it all down. I had someone with a bushhog on a skid steer come cut it all down but now I need to maintain it.

Are there any "flat free" tires made for small tractors?

Current tire size is 4.00-16

When you Bush Hog those trees the thorns are still there. Might as well just throw hand fulls of nails all over it. We had that problem too. We dug each one up. One hundred acres and a lot of them.

You can look at solid tires for skid steers. You can also get yours filled solid. I know they still do it. Just had a telehandler filled so we could use it in Florida to clean up hurricanes. But just find an old time tire shop. They should know.

I had my tires foam filled at the AG tire shop and no more flats!

There are several densities and I went with medium.

Had too many tractor days stopped from tire flats...

What did they use to fill? I heard urethane before, but don't know.

I believe urethane is correct…

They had several sets being done with an overnight undisturbed stay recommended.

Started by drilling 2 holes in the sidewalk and then used a branding iron to label tires foam filled and the filled tires with density selected.

Important tires lay on side and not moved until foam sets to avoid flat spots so generally left overnight.

Added benefit is the foam is heavy and noticed right away the stability added from the foam ballast.
