New Jubilee

Got a sweet deal on a 53 jubilee. Got tractor, box blade, lift pole, weird looking cultivater and a cat 0 plow for 1600. Tractor works great, needs some minor bs is all. New lights, good clean etc is all it needs and some wiring to clean up. Can't read the serial number, but is on the block at the front so it's an early one. Spent 2 hours blading the holes in my driveway and was surprised by the power of the jubilee.

Great tractor. What they don't tell you is that in 1953 horsepower was equivilent to younger and larger hosses than horses used to measure tractor power today.

Jub is a good old tractor, just a little care and it will last your life time. Thing about the old tractors is they may not have all the bells and whistles of the model tractors but they are simple, easy to work on, built of heavy metal and will get the job done. Plus will still be around long after the modern tractors are toast.
