I rode it on the street with wheelie bars a few times. It got the odd looks.

One time I pulled up to a light next to a shiny new V-Max. The guy looked over and saw the 400 and started laughing. I laughed back. The light turned green and I gave it everything from the get-go. Must have shocked the guy, because it took him well over 1/4 mile to catch me and then blow me away. He probably didn't know he'd have to give it everything right off the line.

I had mine down to a very consistent 11.90 @ 119mph.
The V-Max was said to go sub 11 right out of the box....
@ 3 times the displacement, I'd hope so!

Just got OEM cylinder kit. It came with some parts... On the picture: metal plug is for decompression. What is this rubber plug for?
Anybody?

It goes above the non decompressor screw as a plug

Thanks, I've seen that picture on parts list. Still don't understand. It's a solid rubber piece. How will it hold above the screw?

@alexinPA It is kind of a misinterpretation due to the cylinder drawing but in reality the plug presses into the plastic saw cover
