Link is for a used truck stateside but why in Russian unless the Russian threat to Facebook is materializing?

This morning computer systems not working well... sites needed to pull COVID test results and Insurance Info not working and Corp had said to report everything no matter how small...

I posted the link for a truck in Georgia. I don’t see anything in Russian.

For what I’m sure they are probably asking….no

This is how it looks on my W10 computer:

I’m not sure how that happened. I think that issue is above my control. It looks right and the link works from my end.

I’m not surprised it went for that much, more wouldn’t have been a shocker either. If it turns out to not be a money pit, they probably got a good buy.

There’s a lot of factors at play.
1. all 10 tires are dry rotted, but I don’t think from the pictures anyone could tell.
2. Trucks are insanely expensive right now. Anything with even the appearance of being able to function brings good money
3. Interest rates are about to go up, so anyone looking to buy with borrowed funds is trying close a deal NOW.
4. Low miles and low hours are very attractive to some buyers and they will pay a premium for that.

I believe that you left one thing out... they needed it a lot more than you do. ;)

No, just willing to pay more.
I very much need a large, heavy duty hay truck. ;)
I think it was worth maybe 12-15k when I added up the cost of tires, repairs, transportation and of course a body.
Then again, trucks are at their highest prices in history plus about 20%.

I would put 2 steer tires on and call it a day. The back tires will probably last a long time on a slow speed short haul truck and wouldn’t hurt much if one did blow.

Maybe, but if you’ve ever been in a bigger truck with a heavy load and a massive sidewall failure, it’s pretty scary and unsafe for nearby drivers. Ask me how I know :(

I removed the post which was appearing in Cyrillic for some people.

Depending where you are emission tier would be a deal breaker...

Many perfect older trucks are no longer legal in trade... might be ok for farm use but not for hire.

I passed on a very sweet deal from a retiring family excavating company...

The new tires and aluminum rims worth the price of the truck but it could no longer legally used in trade in California without repowering....
I just stay out of commeefornia
