240 GT. Valve adjustment?

Does the 240GT with the Kawasaki engine have adjustable valves or hydraulic? I had one and do not remember ever doing an adjustment or reading of it.

Reason, see a used one for sale "with a slight tick" that "only needs adjustment".

A little more searching finds the procedure. So I guess I have my answer. But if anyone wished to add wisdom, or just information, feel free.
