first use of the ultrasonic cleaner were some combs and a hairbrush, with some dawn in a ziplock. Wife was pleased
Before and after.

Next I tried a rusted c clamp that has been soaking in penetrating oil for months. Put it in a gallon ziplock with simply green and water. Took a little rust off but still won’t budge, so it’s soaking in more penetrating oil.

Do you all drain the tank afterwards?

Saw one video where a guy cleaned tools using gasoline in a jar in the tank.

We all must live in wrong places as I’m fairly positive I heard there were no supply problems in Washington yesterday.

I heard the same thing. We must live in an alternate reality. 😲

Odd how much I hear about MIA 10mm sockets and occasionally wrenches. The ones that go MIA for me are 8mm & 9mm! And I can rarely find replacements at the pawn shop that sell loose sockets for $0.50 and loose wrenches for $1.00.

Jim Cramer the scammer?
Jim Cramer from the Mad Money TV show, Ken.

I have no idea what Cramer did as a hedge fund manager, but since starting the show he's been out of the market and I don't see that he has any incentive to engage in the pump'n'dump behavior of which he's been accused. He publishes the results of the charitable trust he runs as an investment club every year, and so far has yet to beat the S&P more than half the time.

I listened to Cramer's advise in what was it, 2007, when he warned to withdraw funds from the market that you may need in the next three to five years. I was pretty ignorant of how things worked at the time, and was relying on an adviser at my credit union to manage the retirement portfolio. When I looked at the holdings, it was 100% in the market. I told him to move 75% of those assets over into other equities, and dodged a huge bullet that year that would have meant me working for a lot longer before retiring. The advisor held an annual Christmas dinner for his clients, and it was a very sad and angry group at the meal that year. And he wouldn't look me in the eyes, so that was the end of my involvement with him.

That experience got me started reading Cramer's books, that I thought did a pretty good job of covering investment basics. I was even in his club for a year or two before I realized I didn't have time to do the research and trades needed to actively manage a portfolio the way he encourages people to do on his show. But he still does a pretty good job of analyzing market trends and the economy, which is why I still catch his show when the financials are in the news and I'm curious what's going on.

Yeah, that Jim Cramer.

Got my stitches out and got the report on my ear, basal cell cancer, so I’ll lose a chunk of ear. Going to schedule follow up surgery on my leg and do the ear at the same time. He’s a plastic surgeon and does great work. I’m going to see if he can make me look like Clint Eastwood forty years ago.

All pulled! Like wngsprd said about 1/4 were "felt!!!". I am very pleased with the results. I think they went to Office supply instead of Tractor supply for the tool.
The black line in the middle is a small scab.

Steri strips were applied and I'll see him again in three weeks. He said I was right where I'm suppose to be in the healing process. (The nurse gave me permission to take the photo during the procedure.)

I once had some of those staple stitches.
I stopped the nurse and had her give me the tools and DIY removed mine.
Thing was I could feel what was happening while she was simply pulling, yanking etc.
With DIY I had no pain at all.
If she did not squeeze the tool to first spread the stable I can see why it hurt. I watched a DIY YouTube before I went and my nurse did exactly as the YouTube.
