Update to this saga. Turns out a JD 790 has the "same" engine. 3tne84 vs 3tne84-rzia. I bought a 790 injection pump and built the linkage required to make it work including a push rod to replace the fuel shut off solenoid on the pump thus eliminating the harness. Tractor runs and goes now. We still have some kind to work out, but it looks like we may have a tractor soon.
