It is my opinion that the air die grinder is about the best wrench for removing stubborn nuts ever made. :)

Had a nut on top of a shock on a Chrysler many years ago. That nut splitter Xfaxman shows worked great in a limited access situation. Still have it to use occasionally.

I had to use the die grinder to cut the frozen nut off the end of a hydraulic flex hose going to a piece of steel tubing. No impact of nut splitter. I tried heat with no success. Finally ended up cutting the female fitting.

I like the die grinder too..
So much so I have them in various sizes..
I even have 1 that plugs into the wall socket.. actually it WAS the wife’s nail polisher.!! Very small device..
w various heads.. comes in very handy..
