The barn cats AKA feral cats around here help to keep the field mice at bay. When there gets to be to many, they make for good target practice - I hope I did offend any bleeding heart animal rights activists.BTW Just to reiterate.. domesticated cats are the absolute most harmful non-native, invasive predator species...
Onion juice is good but takes longer to work than diesel. We get stung often by them aggressive red hornets - yes we have cab tractors - usually get hit when we are refilling fuel or moving something we don't want to run over. Just wipe your finger around a bit in the diesel fill cap and smear it on the sting and the pain will be gone in just a few minutes. You might not even swell up. I'm pretty sure it's the diesel and Not the red dye. But who knows these daysI just stepped on a dead wasp that I must have drug in on my shoe and got caught on my indoor floormat. I’m here to say that the onion juice does actually work. The pain is not all gone but it’s not increasing anymore and the swelling is subsiding.
Thanks to the poster who mentioned this solution I was just going to tough it out but this is much better with the onion juice
Read the book of Job, and you can have those answers now.Very thought provoking topic!
I routinely tell my wife that I've got this list of things to ask God when I see him. Usually, these items include different critters. Questions like: why did you create Chiggers (Red bugs)? Why did you create Ticks? Why did you create (add your favorite critter)?
If you keep feral cats around to help with the rodents, you should have them (cats) spayed or neutered. Lots of low income programs available to those who can't afford it. Hard to believe, but God gave us a brain which sometimes I know we don't use.The barn cats AKA feral cats around here help to keep the field mice at bay. I'm no bleeding heart anything... but to shoot any animal for target practice is below sub human and disgusting; to say it with pride is revolting. And if I get banned or a vacation for saying it... so be it.The barn cats AKA feral cats around here help to keep the field mice at bay. In other words, you want someone to do your killing for you. Someone had to kill the animal whose meat you buy in that store.I have never hunted..no desire to kill a defenseless animal. If I want to eat,... I can go to the store.
I'd like to see you catch the feral cats that come around here to get them spayed/neutered. They are WILD. And smart. I've had a terrible problem with skunks in my barn this year so I have multiple traps set. Caught plenty of skunks but not one cat...they do appear on the trail cam I have set up.If you keep feral cats around to help with the rodents, you should have them (cats) spayed or neutered.
That's his choice, just as it's my choice to raise livestock, and hunt to put food on the table because I want to know that the animals lived well.In other words, you want someone to do your killing for you. Someone had to kill the animal whose meat you buy in that store.
was it Gandhi who said you can judge a country by the way it treats animals?Almost all evil man commits against other men started by cruelty toward animals. Using any animal for target practice qualifies.

I can only guess feral cats are more smarter in your area. We've done it.I'd like to see you catch the feral cats that come around here to get them spayed/neutered. They are WILD. And smart. But then I also have a good population of coyotes so I don't have to worry about thinning out the cats. The 'yotes do a great job of that.
Bigger question in my mind is how many people actually give thanks to that animal for providing food that you may live?In other words, you want someone to do your killing for you. Someone had to kill the animal whose meat you buy in that store.
yes, ..and I'm aware of that.In other words, you want someone to do your killing for you. Someone had to kill the animal whose meat you buy in that store.
I have 2 of those. Cat got out, jumped in my truck and drove it through my house. This was the last horrific image I saw through the front window.
