Question:

If you have one, and have insurance with Road Side assistance (towing), does that include towing to charging station? Or any other kind of charging?

Note that roadside assistance usually includes delivery of X gallons of gas/fuel.
That's a good question. Even with the 60 miles range we had went I bought our used Leaf I still reached a charger always.

Those who run out of gas two or three times every year are going to have problems with EV as well. :)

If you run an EV until it dies you knew well before it happened. I carry our 120 volt charging cord in the car.

From the Tesla website:
"Use a flatbed trailer only. Do not TOW! "

From the Chevy Bolt owner's manual:
"If the vehicle is towed with all four wheels on the ground, the drivetrain components could be damaged.
I would expect that uncontrolled charging by the motors of the towed vehicle could overheat things and fry things in the inverter package. When plugged in and charging, the cooling system is operated to keep things cool. Under a failed condition, that may not be true.

My guess is that this would be the reason to put it on a flat bed.

As a teenager I ran car on fumes...always running out of gas. Then I got smart and never let it go much below 1/4.
There are gas stations most places every few miles...not so with charging stations. I know this argument has been beat to death but of course charging stations will be everywhere in 10 years...along with power line towers everywhere and $Billions of taxpayer money and higher electric bills.
This view from my horse stable down to the barn won't look like this now since mountains will be clear cut, towers installed.
Try charging an electric car/truck in 5 minutes like I can with fuel.

Here is a financial review of the three remaining USA owned OEMs and why GM and Ford survive is at risk. GM pulling the Bolt off the market is not helping GM or Ford I expect.

Try carrying 5 gallons of electricity for when you’re 50 miles from home and the power goes out.

As a teenager running out of gas was the plan if you were on a date.

From the Chevy Bolt owner's manual:
"If the vehicle is towed with all four wheels on the ground, the drivetrain components could be damaged. The repairs would not be covered by the vehicle warranty. Do not tow the vehicle with all four wheels on the ground."
That is something different.

Car fully powered, in gear, with driver, being pulled, is no different than regeneration going down hill.
