CK3510SE ROPS wire diagram?

Last fall I quickly added a 3 LED light bar (mounted to the ROPS with magnets) and wired up to a switched cord plugged into the cigarette outlet. Worked fine, was quick and non invasive while I was working on other projects.

Past 2 times plowing I noticed the lights would dim about 3/4 way through, chalked it up to cheap lights.

Got an unexpected storm today so went out to swap implements and cleanup, had just pulled out of shed and bam, got dark. Appears to be no power to the 12v outlet. Checked the fuse real quick and it seemed fine, but wasn't super interested in playing around in the dark in the snow. Made due with just the headlights, parked and came in.

Either I had the wrong fuse or something underneath is loose. Figure a diagram will help diagnose and next summer I can wire everything proper.

When you check the fuses did you use a test light? Is anything else that uses 12v not working?

I like using a test light for checking fuses. If light comes on with touching both sides of the fuse then I am good there. Often times with loss of power but fuses are good it turns out to be a ground problem.

LOL...not sure of the reference. Actually the Kioti pdf shop manuals are in color but the printed manual is B/W.
I hope the OP likes it as much as @deezler, wasn't sure if he was serious or joking, his tag does not mention Kioti.

Yeah I don't have a kioti... yet..... currently waiting on my equipment loan to close so that I can drive across the state and pick mine up. Don't worry I will post a couple threads soon.

I never make web statements as to what I bought a tractor, car or truck for as it's "out there" forever and kills bargaining down the road as a number a few years later tends to ignore the realities of a here and now situation. Covid makes a great e.g. of what I'm saying-my 2019 SUV will sell for near what I paid new as a used car. My 201 Kioti bought in 2017 is similar thing.
I don't see why you need a wire diagram to install & use some aux lights? I've installed several led lts on motorcycles and more often than I like they die. I'm a non-believer on the 50,000 hours stuff from my own experiences.

sounds like you could be loosing ground connection in the pivot pins. Do you have a dedicated ground wire running to the lights?

Im thinking ground myself. A bad ground can make lights go dim then out.

If they are mounted by magnet and plug into a cigarette lighter type outlet, it is likely that the ground is carried in the wire rather than chassis. I would ask OP what happens if he wiggles the plug around? Maybe he already figured it out, since he hasn't been back since bumping the post yesterday AM.

Ya, but the wiring on 12volt cig outlet may not be tight, or plug loose. I just know leds dont play nice with loose grounds. Could also be Chinese special lights. I had a set of ebay chinese special back up lights for my work truck. Didnt even make it thru 1 winter. I switched out to Cree lights 5 years ago, still going bright.

I used a multimeter and I am pretty sure swapped fuses. Everything else works as far as I know.
