Lol, yeah I guess bikes are an option for the “extremely poor”. I was referring more to the “great unwashed” like myself. Dirty hands, trucks, older vehicles, etc.Poor people don't pay road tax. They ride a bicycle. That's why they use tax money to install bike lanes and bicyclists pay no road taxes. It's not very practical though to ride a bicycle 15 miles to get groceries.
