John Deere 3255 Loader Plumbing

Bringing this thread back from the almost dead. I finally managed to land a 260 with the right mounting frames, valve, joystick etc at auction.

Needs a bit of work. Mainly a couple of the fastening pins on the pivots are either cobbled back together or replaced with a hitch pin.

Does anyone make 3rd party replacement parts for these loaders? JD has some of the parts I would like to replace like those pin fasteners (W31823) and the snap rings (W33880). They want about $90 per pin and don't have some items like the spacers (W35518) anymore.

It's difficult to imagine parts cost that much more above the 49 parallel. W31823 is $56.62USD

One would think with the way USA politicians have been printing/giving away $$$$$$ that it would be the other way!!

Having a machine shop make you some pins and spacers likely be cheaper.
Or anyone you know that has a lathe?

Are the hitch pins the wrong diameter? Prolly buying the part is one reason the FEL is cobbled together. What diameter pins do you need? and spacer size?

Even with the exchange, that should only be about $70 CAD. Fortunately I don't need to replace them all, just 2 or 3. The spacers I will have fabbed in town next time I get a chance to go in.
