I'll take a WAG, and say it will be be over the Pacific Ocean, but they will be citizens of the place of the parents citizenship. Interesting question though...

Women who have given birth before generally deliver faster. It does happen. I am sure that it was not by choice

Carla was playing high school softball while carrying 'Girly' second trimester & Mom thought it was just that she was 'fat'. In the Summer she went into the hospital for a stomach ache & general crappy feeling and had the baby. I guess Carla knew she had 'missed' several months in a row. Mom didn't. Denial was a late shot at prevention.
