What's with the coloured squares with the numbers or letters in place of a user picture?

Is there any place out of curiosity, that explains what the necessity was to change and what was actually changed? New platform entirely or just an updated version?

One thing I find disconcerting IS I now have to use browser back button(arrow) to stay within my "watched" posts, If I try to use the "Forum" back button at bottom of page I get whole forum which then forces me back to the "watched" drop down....

One thing I really need help on is HOW DO I ACCESS all my graphics (gallery) I uploaded.. When I try to import a graphic it takes me back to my computers desk top ( which is ok but not what I want)...

Like anything that changes, we'll get used to it as we use it. I overall like it.

DL- What I do to stay with within my watched threads is as I finish the thread, I hit the watched tab on top and it returns up to my threads and the newly added threads show up in yellow.

There's a couple threads where it was explained as to why they had to do it.

In a nutshell, the software it was running on was no longer supported. That presents not only maintenance and operations risks, but security as well.

Muhammad had a nice analogy regarding a truck. We should all be able to understand it in those terms. I'll try and find it.

I did prefer the old view when I hit new posts or today’s posts because more topics would fit on my phone’s screen. I don’t use any apps, just view the desktop version of the website on my phone.

Yikes! On the bright side, yesterday was what we call "Liver Day" in our family.... The 14th anniversary of my mother in-law's successful liver transplant.

The Cats once or twice adjusted the entire size of the TBN screen to tiny font. I had to reboot the computer to get it back to normal. They won't tell me how they did that. Is a smaller font encompassing more information on one screen a possibility?

I tried to change number of threads shown per page as per the other thread going about this, but it had no apparent effect.

On the Home Page, near the top, there are the tabs for Kubota news, JD news, Bobcat news, NH news and Kioti news. But. . . The most updated news story for any of them is from 2019, and I believe NH from 2016. Can ya take that out so I quit looking, or start adding some news to it. I mean, fool me once, shame on me. Fool me 342 times, shame on you. Just kidding, but really, do those tabs really serve a purpose other than to trick me once again into looking?

Indeed that's an outdated section of the site. Right now clicking to "home" is pointless. Clicking on the logo takes you to the forum listing page.
