Yes, both statements are true, it will be fine and some people have emission control system problems and when that happens, ya just deal with it. There is no putting the smoke back in the exhaust pipe now, I don't see the feds relaxing the standards anytime soon. I see it as a delight to be able to have a new tractor to operate, it smells good in the cab, it's shinny and down right groovy, it may prove to be a bit of a challenge to deal with the emission systems, never know, as I see it the pluses out weigh the minuses.
I have a background in diagnostic testing, emission control testing and development of emission controls that spans longer than I realize, until I look at the calendar, holy schmidt I have done this for a long time! I suppose my perspective just might be a little different than most.
