Kubota M5-111 Supply Pump problems

We have a 2017 M5-111, i guess we got water and prob dirt in the fuel. So, now we have had to flush all the system, clean the fuel tank, replaceed all fuel filters, and added clean fuel. when you try to start it, it will act like it is going to start, i mean it will all most bust off but just wont do it. it seems like the fuel isnt getting up to the injecters. We have had a mechanic come out and test pressure but all he could do is test the pressure going into the supply puimp. where do i need to start?

I feel for you... That's not what you need going into summer months. I have the service manuals which I got in 2018, I assume they'd be the same. if that can help you message me.
