My experience narrower ag style provides best traction in snow. Downside is the narrower tire will leave tracks in lawn when soft.

I run ag tires on my 2400H and only have track or rut issues when wet.

I agree on chains but not on the aggressive lug being better.

Since chains are even more aggressive than any lugs, you contradict yourself saying aggressive lugs are not better than turfs!

Totally agree. That is why, I suggested turfs on his offset wheels change out for mowing when wider stance should be less critical, especially if his mower deck is wide enough to cover the wider wheel stance.

If you look at his tire, it is not narrow at all. An option could be swapping left wheel for right might give enough clearance to add chains to the Ag tire. Of course the wings on the blower is viable as well.
