Good morning folks

29 now high around 40 winds 10 to 15 and a mix of sun and clouds today.

May spend some time cleaning up the garden shed today. The collection of pots, baskets, trays etc has grown to more than I’ll ever use. The local garden club will take and reuse them.
No other plans for today just putter around.

Stay safe and healthy
Enjoy your day everyone

good morning all.
37 going up to 48 today in sunshine, should be a nice day.
my only plans are to build a birdhouse this morning and then wait for garage door guys to show up after lunch.
Headed downtown early when hardware store opens to get a box of longer screws to hold in the main support beam for the garage door opener.

tonight should be interesting skywatching, especially for those of you in the North.
The Northern Lights are supposed to be very bright due to sun magnetic storm activity.
They say GPS may be off by a little this week, not a good thing for land surveyors and engineers.

Easy trip back to HF where they unloaded that big box for me. Hopefully that won't happen again.

yes, my area is New Hope,
Ken, didn't realize you were also 18938
Nice to be back in the town I grew up in, don't think I'll ever forget that zip code.
My location is actually Solebury, 18963 but rural delivery is all out of New Hope and always has been.

When it either gets a little warmer, and/or we all have our vaccines, would be fun to have you and Paul/Popgadget over to share a beer
in the garage, though honestly Paul's shop is infinitely more interesting.

You're in Bucks, right? That would explain a lot.
wonderful place to raise your kids due to quality of schools, low crime, lots of preserved farm land.
Not so wonderful when you pay your tax bill or try to hire a contractor who charges what we used to call "resort rates".

Good Morning. 37 going to 47, supposed to be mostly clear today.

Yesterday afternoons trip went well, but weather was worse than forecast in Marthas Vineyard.

Today is mine to do whatever I decide to do. Probably clean up the smoker and then wander over to the shop. Maybe wander down to the restaurant for lunch, have been there in a while, as nothing has broken.

Good to hear that Drew’s garage door is getting taken care of. Openers really make a garage much more useable.

What the heck? 26 outside this AM heading to 55 later. Not much on the agenda today. Need to reach out to the septic people and see when they will return for more holes and design work.

With the warm spell, I need to put a serious effort into finishing the front porch. I have about 20 boards I need to screw down and the work on the area supporting the roof. I have straddled four post support beams between the new deck and the ground while I work on the deck and get the designer posts set. Each new post is rated at over 6 thousand pounds load wise, and I plan on having four of them on the front side.

top, I have a 52 3100 sitting at my FILs. I need a garage to work on it, not happening here soon, and I need some real time, for just it.

I seem to be in house/farm maintenance mode these past few years. And well the two construction projects (back forty Taj mahal run-in, front porch) have not helped. LOL.

Hope all have a great day. Be safe. Stay healthy my friends.

I’m in Bucks as well, but over in the low rent district, Bedminster. Our mail is delivered by Perkasie as the Bedminster PO doesn’t deliver. Used to have an RR address, but with the advent of 911, we got a street number.
It would be great to get together when it’s appropriate. My place is always open, but anywhere would be fine.

28 going to 54 and sun.

Mostly, sorry the fish were not cooperative.

Wife and I searched the property for a Christmas tree yesterday...pickings are getting slim...too big or too small...or deer rubbed to death. But picked a nice one, got it up and lighted last night. Felt good running my chainsaw, which has been asleep for a couple of months.
