2020: A Utah Odyssey

The location has been all over the news today. Somebody or group of somebodies on Reddit claim credit for finding it.

Bruce's website findings on this forum are unmatched. He can even find and post a view of your place if you like?

That's a good link. It's an older article and as always this site dropped a zero but it happened in 1946, not 2014.
What I couldn't get from the article; did they ever figure out that it was a hoax, or is this 2006 article the first time that fact was made public?

I like that guy. He'd fit right in here.

It's even been indexed in the GE Search tool. Doesn't take much effort to find it.

Actually there are some discrepancies in this article... He was a good columnist but Klinkenberg got a few things wrong based on my memory and others that were around...somewhere I have some of the original newspaper clippings...

The way I recall it shortly after the tracks were left on Indian Rocks Beach (where I grew up) the perps actually confessed and showed off the casting they used to create the tracks...

No, I didn't find the monolith by searching. I found the link to the location at some place I don't remember now, a day or two ago.

The "secret" to effective search is to try as many different names as you can think for something, use Google translate and search for it in different languages, use different search engines, search for related things, and don't give up after a few minutes.

Likely scarfed for scrap which is partially why they didn't want the location revealed.

In a TV show I watched (Agents of Shield), they had monoliths. Granted I had to look them up.

“The Di'Allas' fragments owned by The First, The Second and The Third The Di'Allas were three monoliths originating from the Fear Dimension, which held dominions over three aspects of existence: space for the Black Monolith, time for the White Monolith, and creation for the Grey Monolith”

We may have just found a silver monolith that controls something on this end lol. Who knows, if I was standing next to it I would have a better idea what it is.

One of my Fav TV shows growing up was Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. There is still people who believe the Stargate program exists.

But anyway at the end of SG-1 they even make fun at: not word for word but something along the lines of “If a program like this existed and the government wanted to keep it a secret, they would make a tv show of it to dismiss any evidence it was real”. Great ending to the show but started a huge cult of believers lol.

This story keeps getting curiouser and curiouser. :confused2: Doubtful it was ET, somebody from this planet could have used a U-Haul. :steeringwheel:

This guy could do it.

Now it's gone - end of story. Much too soon to become a media hit.

I'm telling you it's extraterrestrials, no matter what you say. There's no other logical explanation for something that can appear and disappear at will, then show up on another continent just hours (more or less) later.
Or maybe it's poltergeists! Yeah, yeah. That's the Tic-ket!
