What did you do on or to your LS Tractor today?

If you run out of places to put your rocks, you can send them down to me. Postage paid! My wife likes rock flower beds and we have rock on the face of the house under the front porch. All of it had to be hauled in and paid for. But I like the look of it also. We have a lot of rocks on some of the hills on our place, but as said, it is just too soft to use. You can go most directions of me and find good rock. But the cost of hauling it runs the price up high.

Purchased this and used it Saturday morning 3 hours (Hottest day of the year of course!)


and ended up punching a hole in the front tire.

Finished my food plots today.

While I was working the guy who checks the gas wells came up and we talked tractors. He sold his Kubota and is lookin to replace it. I think I may have talked him into an LS. He loved my machine.

The neighbor called me today, one of their horses had to be put down this afternoon, and he asked if I could dig the grave for him. He was out of town, but on the way back. So I went over and used his new LS 225-S to dig the hole. It worked very well, plenty of power, broke through the dry hard clay without any issues. Dug a 6'x6'x6' hole, we moved the horse and covered him up.

I added a thumb to my neighbors BH today. He had purchased it with the intention to put it on his MT125. He traded that and upgraded to the MT225-S....
Guess what ... it didn't fit. So, I cut it in half, got a few longer pins, and welded the sides to the dipper stick. Got it primered and painted. Tomorrow we will get the rest of the parts on it. He's now happier! And I got to play with a welder and a BH!

Bunch'a diggin'. Moved some trees and hedge shrubs. Remains to be seen if they take and grow.

'Bout 4 or 5 hours moving dirt. County is doing a road project and I had them dump some of what they're dogging out. Three tandem axle truckloads I think, no idea how big or how full. Loadered some of it, pushed some of it, landscape raked some of it.

Needed a real toolbox on the tractor that could actually carry some tools so made this last week,


Last weekend brush hogging, I took off my gloves and sat them on the console above the range selector and of coarse they fell off, luckily I didn't chop them up and did find them. I need a place to hold them when I'm not wearing them, so I used something I was about to throw in the recycle today, I used some velcro I had to secure it.
Bonus! it also holds the seat belt now.
