I am not aware of her being on any tractors in any movie, but she did invent the frequency hopping for torpedo's during World War Two, and the modern day cell phone.

I am not sure if I would call them sexy, but the Roberts and Doak, 3 wheel Steam Tractors were innovative...all-wheel drive tricycles...at the end of LAST century. It takes quite a feat of innovation to get power to that front steering single front wheel via steam power!
