Some people tend to forget that was the small come and go/mom and pop dealers that made what Kubota is today in the US.

They all start small and need the costumers to support and believe in them to help them grow.

There have been many tractor brands that failed. It wasn稚 because they didnt start in mom/pop places. It is because they sucked at one of the above.

Part manufactures build parts for many company's. The don't all cost the same and they are not the same quality.

I agree. Test them all and will add who does good service after the sale. Its not as simple as the just the price of the tractor.

The cream rises to the top as the old saying goes.
Kubota, far from perfect, was a least an honest company from the beginning. Their ground breaking 1970?s compact tractor designs with Diesel engines and 4wd left the other brands in the dust for many years before competitors caught up. My dad had a 285DT in the late 70s and loved it.
They saw a niche market in the US for smaller farms and ranches and seized upon it.

I have 2 big Ms and they just run and run and run. A few fuel Bowl/filter issues or a dripping hose is about all the current issues Ive had lately. Never had a “BIG”repair (yet) in thousands of hours.

I'm with you on the M Series. 2000 and 6000 hours on mine. Routine maintenance. Any tractor can be JUNK if you beat on it and don't take care of it. Don't matter where it's made or by what company.

Yep, they also make a few Mahindra models, as well as Case.

If anything, Case is made by LS since Case is part of CNH group and NH are made LS and both use LS Mtron engines. Definitely not TYM.
