DIY Potato Plow

It is generally referred to as a pond scoop. It is reversible in attachment. I mount it facing forward to dig and rearward to move loose material. The bucket holds 1/3 yard. Since I do not have a FEL, this is the next best thing.

But that scoop has nothing to do with your potato plow right?

Correct. I just stood the plow up inside the scoop to take the photos.

This year I've given up on digging spuds. I( planted them in straw bales and so fat it seems to be working out just fine. Will let you know in the fall....
