7,700,000,000 total who have contracted the disease: 250,000 So .0032% have contracted it In words. 3 thousandths of 1 percent

Again 7,700,000,000/10,000 so .00012% have died from it. So 1 ten thousandth of 1 percent

Of course I believe but cannot prove that the 250,000 number is way way low. i believe that number is low by a LEAST an order of magnitude and maybe 2 orders of magnitude or MORE. In other words I believe that world wide from 2.5 million to 25 million people worldwide. have had and/or have this disease. I the US, I believe the same: So from the 14,000 confirmed cases I believe we actually have from 140,000 to 1.4 million actual cases in the US right now. Again, I could be totally FOS. I have been accused of that before and it has been true before. But it is what I believe.

I agree. Just as is the case with Influenza or any other virus. Data only reflects the numbers reported. You or I may be carrying this now but if we don't get sick enough to go to the Doctor we'll never know.

This virus seems to have exposed the worst in some people.. I choose to believe we will get through this. There are some innovative methods being worked on to combat the virus, that can be applied to other virus strains also.. it will be some time before this gets sorted out.

Partially correct. With regular flu we have the symptoms when we are infectious. This seems to be different. It can be transmitted even if someone does not show any effects.

The next four weeks will fill in a lot of the blanks we have.

I wish we could trust the numbers out of China...they were at the forefront of this and have the most knowledge. But they have little incentive to help us and it is difficult to trust them.

I thought anyone serving in Congress has an absolute right to make investment decisions based on insider information without penalty. Has this law changed?
