Yep, it is a pintle hook for pulling a snow groomer.

Call the company to see if and where you can buy the hook.

This is the style of forged hooks we are looking for. You should be able to see, they are not the same at what snowgroomers.net sells. That company is the "harbor freight" of snow implements.

Those appear to be standard weld on hooks that have been modified with a grinder.

Silly question for you smart guys. I ordered some 3/8 forged weld-on hooks and used them on the black painted part seen in the below photo. I subsequently needed more and ordered the same off of Amazonie and got the straight style of hooks that are for holding chain, but they don't work in this application. What are the black painted type of hook called?? I can't seem to find them now!

I ordered the original ones from Amazon which worked perfect and had not been modified. I later reordered them and in the secondary order, the hooks were different and the standard 3/8 forged weld-on types which I had to cut off and grind. That is why I asked here if anyone knew what they were called, or where I could get that style.

I can see where it was cutoff and angled. It is smooth from being touched up with a grinder, not rough like the rest of the forged surface:
