Hi All,

So really enjoying and getting good use out of our B2601. At around 15 hours currently. Looking to get an auger 3PH attachment. Pretty sure I want one of the Everything Attachments ones but which...the subcompact version or the compact version? Any other recommendations? I have a third function kit but the lower flow rate and the cost of something like an SA20 SSQA makes it less attractive. Any advice appreciated!

I am currently considering an ssqa hydraulic post hole digger for my L4060. I looked at Everything Attachments 3 point implements, and for your machine the second model listed seems well sized (the first one being marketed for sub compacts). I have a similarly sized 3 point post hole digger that I have used successfully on a B8200, L3410, and my current L4060. I should probably just keep it, but with 2 fencing projects coming up, the hydraulic unit seems attractive.

The best advice would be to call them and get their recommendation. I have yet to do business with EA, but I have heard great reviews of their products and services.

If you have compacted, difficult soil, the shorter boom design on our Land Shark compact/subcompact post hole digger will give you the most ability to lift the auger out of the ground. It comes standard with a 36" long auger, but we can include a 48" instead, for the same price. A B Series should have 15" of clearance with a fully raised 48" long auger.

This illustrates the difference. BX shown, but the same concept holds true for B series and other tractors in the small compact category.

You can see it in action, with a 36" auger, on our B and BX Kubota here:

Thx! So what is the Compact model for? It seems more robust and adjustable.
