While I am looking for the filter housing, does anyone know how to separate these front PTO parts? Is the Clutch splined, keyd,or threaded on? This one is giving me a hard time.

Hummm... My guess it's pressed on with a keyway. If your can't see in the hole with threads it's pressed on. No Bolt head, Allen wrench head etc. have to be. Put a gear puller on it. Have to come off with it. Can't see down in the hole so that would the tell tale. JMO..

I had to use a gear puller and a brass hammer to pop it off. it is on a keyed taper. Getting the shaft out of the bearing in the casting was much more difficult. I ended up putting the whole assembly in the shot blaster (didn't matter because the bearing was shot) to clean the corrosion and rust off enough to beat it out. New bearing is ordered already and remaining parts will get paint tonight.

Probably too late but might still be of some help.

Sure makes me feel better. There is a bolt and washer locking it down. And if it wasn't there and end up having problems keeping the pulley on the shaft. ;) But no mention of it having one.

Yeah that still helps. The 2 stacked bearings #8 felt ok but I would probably change them if I could determine how to remove them. I pulled the Circlip and they didn't budge even after a few cycles through our automated parts washer at work. (nice to have access to stuff like that on a project like this)

I have a new Yanmar original air filter housing on the shelf. I can PM you with pictures and price.
I also have new Yanmar front PTO pulleys, bearings, and clutch.

I received the new air filter housing and got it put on last night. Everything went as it should and it looks good. I am starting on the electrical next which shouldn't be horrible.

I did notice I have one bracket left over so far and I can't seem to remember where it came from... Does anyone know where this may have come from? It was in the first batch of parts so I am thinking it is from somewhere in the steering box/dash area or left side front area. This is the only bracket I don't remember and somehow it didn't get placed in a baggie like the other parts did for each assembly.

My guess and maybe a good one. Hyd. Line hold down. If it has hole in it it's almost like one of mine. Curiosity kills the cat!! 2 pieces. Bolts to the Trans. case on mine.

I considered that at first but my lines are larger than the clamping area of the bracket and it is flat not rounded like the hydraulic lines. I am wondering if it is to hold down the wiring harness somewhere by chance or something like that. I was hoping someone who had a 135 could look at theirs and maybe see it.

I took tons of pictures of the rebuild but I don't see it anywhere in them or in the actual Yanmar manuals. I know it goes on there somewhere Lol.

Wow, what a fantastic job you did. The photos look like they came out of a marketing piece for the tractor. Your grandfather would be so pleased to see what you've done. Fantastic way to honor him and get a brand new unit to use. Well done, RCpilot82!
