Nice tractor. Glad you found what you like and at an acceptable price.

What in the world are those raised sheds in the background?

The owner showed me those deer blinds. They are NICE. They dampen sound incredibly well. The 4x6 are $1990!!!

I am glad I was able to do business with these folks. They are closest. I told them I was buying the dealer as much as the tractor.

Good looking outfit, enjoy it!

Kind of funny, I see so many deer blinds here in Texas I had to look at the photo again as I had not even noticed them.

They are a regular part of our landscape.

"Star Fleet approved" !! Yes, expect to be impressed with what that size machine will do. Nice color, too. :)

btw, I'd have that loader-stick position in a New York heartbeat. Right next to the steering wheel, and not in the way if, say, one is creaky .. maybe has to palm a tire lug and slide off the fender to dismount. I have to rethink what I recommended a page or so ago. Pity that Mahindra is so poorly represented in Michigan. :(

nice tractor, BTW, a rebadged TYM. I DO like the quick disconnect bucket, I wished that would have been an option when I was buying.

TYM? That tractor is sold as Mitsubishi MT28 here in Europe.

According to TractorFandom, the 1526 is built in Japan by Mitsubishi.

I bought a 2025r this last February. A couple of points. The seat has arm rests and the joystick is right there. It should be comfortable for you. I added Pats easy change to mine. It痴 just an easier way to hook up implements in back. JD makes an Imatch quick hitch that is really nice but adds a little over $400. JD has a quick connect bucket that is simple to use and doesn稚 take away from lift capacity.

I paid 21k for mine including taxs. That was for the tractor, end loader, 60 auto connect deck and pallet forks.

I ordered a pair of those. Thanks for the link. Any advice on using them, any tips or secrets?

Only tricks to PEC that I know are:
- if used, don't leave the 'spreader bar' in place once implement is connected. DAMHIK (you can make another )
- Buy extra sets of the washers & use locking pins vs common lynch pins.
- Check the lengths of all your PTO shafts. (Shuffle between implements according to length, change fittings at U-joints, one more shaft ~$100-120)
- Enjoy the tractor you add them to. (!!!)
- be sure you don't miss the recent yak about PEC adjustment bolts onto draft arms, wherever that was.

btw, IMO you really picked a winner in that particular make/model trator.

I have a bad back. So changing 3 point implements easily is an issue near and dear to me.

I tried pats and a quick hitch. For me the qh was the hands down winner. That said get one or the other and your life will be easier.

Hooking up the tiller was a 20 minute swear fest with just a stock 3 point. Now it is a 5 min job on the high end. It makes me more likely to hook it up as ballast which is a huge safety improvement.

Some models of Mahindra are made by TYM, think its the smaller ones.

I got to give the tractor its first workout today. I am so glad I didn't go with a subcompact.

You're right, some of the Mahindra tractors (2500 & 2600 series) are TYM, up to 65hp. This one is a Mitsubishi though. ;)

I work at a Mahindra dealership. Do I think they are the best built tractor? Nope. I divulge this right away not to think I'm blowing smoke or all into the brand I work for.

There is one common mistake 75% of the people looking for a tractor make: they look for price rather than what they plan to do with the tractor. They'll look at a max 26 which can come with a backhoe and think it's more important to save a few thousand dollars. I then ask them what they plan to do with the tractor and they'll say "you know, drag a few logs in. Plow my 300' driveway, lift a pallet of feed. Clean out the livestock pen, mow a 2 acre field, etc. I then say to them" let's walk a few feet over" and show them the 1626 and say: "this is what you really need." I will also reverse this if I feel their need doesn't match the oversize they're looking at.

Your use, or anybodies" use, as you are discovering, is of way more value. "Fit" is next meaning, how do you get along with what you're sitting on as far as ergonomics are concerned. Dealership quality and proximity are next. Price and brand become inconsequential if one is not meeting these first three.

And as a follow up, do not ever get swayed by the vaunted "0%". It's a crock as your "interest" you think you aren't paying is already built into the tractor price.

I hope you experience the same trouble free years as I have with my 3016 which is now the 1626. The Mitsus have been the least trouble prone of the group.
