Do what PSDStu says if you have insurance and it will cover the repairs. If not - do what 5030 says. I can see your DIY project going south real quick and having to purchase new rams.

Rods on these cylinders are easy to press straight if you don'r have a press any machine shop should be able to do it for you.

Update: Fixed

I trimmed the corners off of a 4x4 and my son adjusted the bend by moving the 4x4 between the loader arm and cylinder ram, while I operated the curl function. He used an 18" level to keep checking the rams as we slowly worked towards arguably perfect, time will tell.
