I can't find this online anywhere and i dont have a dealer close to look at them. Do they use bevel gears to turn and transmit power simultaneously?

The steering mechanism is a rack and pinion, with the rack mounted on the front axle housing. I can’t see details in the previous post, but it looks like power is transferred through a series of bevel gears and shafts. The steering rotated along the axis of one of these gear / axle shafts so the bevel gears are always in contact to transfer power.
Unless I'm missing something, that diagram just shows the front wheel drive and doesn't show the steering.
