I don't know about any problems with this model but that sure looks to be in great shape, the paint on the floorboards is still there.

I have an 855 which is basically the same machine with 4 more horsepower. The one you are looking at is about 5 years newer than mine. They are good machines. If everything works (make sure you check it all out), this is a very good price in my area given the 70 model loader and mower deck. If it meets your needs, buy it quick or it will be gone.

I gave more than that for mine 2-1/2 years ago without the loader (1000 hours): Tractors 2016 163.JPG

Very nice little tractors!

These are great tractors, built by Yanmar in Japan, they’re often picked up by tractor buyers on a budget. If it meets your needs buy it quick before some one else does.

YANMAR, #1! No nonsense or computers, just a good solid tractor.

Might, have a transistor or two on a circuit card for the PTO/Seat safety circuits.

I sold my 770 to a neighbour. Same vintage, just gear drive. That was around twelve years ago. He came over with it a couple of weekends ago. Said it was the BEST THING HE EVER BOUGHT! Never missed a beat! Doesn't get used or even seen all winter, no charging, and starts INSTANTLY in the spring!

Nope . . . I can hop off the seat at anytime with the PTO running. ;)

It actually is the only thing that gave me trouble, and it turned out to be a hidden circuit board on one side of the machine or other just by the dash. It had a blown fuse, which I replaced and it never gave another lick of trouble.

The 770 was great, and I bought it on account of the real-tractor wheel size, with turfs, but I should have bought the hydro. Having only two speeds in reverse was terrible for the front mount snow blower. Not much to choose from going forward either.
