Mitsubishi mt372d transmission problems!!!

Bought this mt372d years ago from a landscaper with only 70 hours on it. I use it to push a golf ball picker on a driving range. Its perfect in the spring because of the wet field conditions and great on fuel. Picking the other day it popped out of 3rd gear and happened again yesterday, doesnt pop out of other gears. I pulled the shift stick cover off, the fork seemed fine and the gears seemed fine other than 3rd gear seemed a little worn compared to 1st and 2nd. When I lined up 3rd gear didnt seem to engage fully. The main gear where the 3rd gear goes to has some play sliding back and forth one side is a snap ring but can tell whats on the other side of the main gear. My question is anyone have a parts list(pictures) diagram of the transmission, and can parts still be gotten for the transmission, thanks Mark

Not an MT372d but I believe the transmissions are the same as a Satoh 370 and 372 but I'm not 100% sure. Mitsubishi bought out Satoh and transitioned them to the Mitsubishi name. Call the number at Satohparts.com and they can help with used parts usually. New parts are probably not being produced anymore but you might be able to get NOS parts.

Thank you, it does look the same by any chance do you have the part numbers? Gear #9 looks worn, havent broken down yet but can see that gear I think there may be a snap ring missing or a bearing gone, also do you have a picture of the sifter components one of the forks are a little worn on one side, I have gotten a clutch from Satoh before thanks again, Mark

I do not have a parts list. If you call Valley Power they should be able to help you. Bill is the name of the gentleman who owns the place (the to best of my knowledge) and he is a very good resource but I don't know how much longer he will be doing what he does.

He had the correct part I needed when everyone else wanted to send me the same wrong part from Southern Global (Bill didn't have it and would have ordered from Southern Global).
