So I was once at a fancy reception for work and during cocktail hour they were passing hors devours. Once tray had the following, layered in the following order:

Saltine Cracker
Peanut Butter
Mayo
Cheese Slice
Spicy salsa

It was so freaking good, I went and asked how it was made. I did not know the white stuff was mayo. It sounds gross, but OMG is it good. Still make them to this day.

My daughter when she was young would just eat a mayo sandwich.

When I was a kid I had some cousins that would do that. I've always thought mayonnaise was about the grossest substance on Earth.
